Post Planning Pre Development Operations

i-ms can assist or undertake pre development procedures for current and new development opportunities.

i-ms will undertake:

• Instructing the team including architects and consultants to prepare working drawings for the building project. Outline the development cost parameters for the project to the team and monitor the team throughout the process.
  
  
• Co-ordination of health and safety aspects of design, pre-construction health and safety plans.
  
  
• Preparation of specifications and schedule of works, estimating and quantity surveying.
  
  
• Inviting selected contractors to tender; analyse tenders, review tenders with successful contractor and hold pre-start meeting with stakeholders.
  
  
• Register development site with statutory authorities, including Health and Safety Executive.
