Planning Permission

i-ms can assist or undertake the submission of planning applications for development opportunities.

i-ms will undertake:

• Instructing external consultants regarding surveys and scoping reports required, ranging from environmental, contamination, highways, drainage, acoustics, geological, archaeological and utilities.
  
  
• The assessment of data obtained from surveys and scoping reports assessing whether the data has an impact on the viability of the development.
  
  
• Collate data for the preparation of financial reports for the clients submission for financial funding.
  
  
• Instructing and monitoring external consultants regarding preparation and submission of planning applications, and monitoring applications through the planning process.
